DOCUMENTATION STAFF

(1) Roles: Prepare the perfect set of documents and complete the online Customs Declaration

(2) Report directly to: Admin in charge of Job Files

(3) Benefits:

1. Basic salary from 300$ – 500$; Seniority bonus 12 million VND/year; Working-trip allowance;
2. Payment for social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance premiums on the real salary; Holidays according to regulations;
3. Training activities, extracurricular activities, annual vacation.

(4) Main responsibilities:

1. Receive information from sales or contact customers to collect export/import documents;
2. Check and learn about export/import policies, HS code;
3. Contact shipping lines, forwarders, garages to check related costs and track shipment progress;
4. Prepare a full set of documents for customs declaration and specialized inspection (if any);
5. Collect invoices/documents and hand them over to the accounting department and admin.

(5) Necessary competencies/Qualities:

1. Graduated from Vocational School/College/University majoring in Import-Export Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics;
2. Have a certificate of TOEIC 550 or IELTS 4.5 and speak English;
3. Proficient in office computer skills (requires A certificate);
4. Good health (health certificate issued by the hospital), ability to work independently and focus;
5. Discipline, careful, good time management;
6. Has 12 months of work experience as described in (Responsibilities);
7. Permanent residence: Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces.
8. New graduates (without experience) are considered and trained according to the program implemented by ONEX Training.
